The Merge is Tomorrow! 💗 Our Live Crypto Course is in 2 Weeks

You may have been hearing rumblings about the impending Ethereum Merge, set to happen roughly this Thursday, September 15th (the precise time is dependent upon variables like hash rate and difficulty!).

Among other improvements, The Merge will make Ethereum green, reducing the ecosystem's requisite energy inputs by over 99% as it shifts from so-called Proof of Work to Proof of Stake. This will further differentiate Ethereum from projects like Bitcoin and Dogecoin, which generate cryptocurrency through energy-intensive mining.

SEEDS have never been mined - they were “minted” - and so it can be said that they've been green from the start. But because SEEDS were built on top of Ethereum, and therefore required ETH for transfer (though this may change in the future), this development is good news for our community as well. For anyone unsure, you do not need to do anything at all with your cryptocurrency or your wallet before The Merge.

Relatedly, our only live Cryptocurrency & How to Trade It course in 2022 is two weeks away. The last live course kicked off in late 2021, and my intention going forward is to do this ~once a year.
