“I feel ashamed to ask this. I’m sorry! I’ve never asked for money, as I’ve always worked since I turned 18.

But this time I'm struggling. I lost my job and I can't afford to stay on top of my debt to the bank, as I’ve been unable to find a new job.

Now the bank is threatening me with legal actions. I am sincerely desperate and I don't know what to do.”
