“I have been diagnosed kidney infection, and I have gall stones in my kidney. I need to be operated on before it goes to the critical stage.
I have to pay an advance payment before they can begin the the surgery on me. Am in the mid stages and if I don't get the surgery done, I am likely to die in the next few months. Please save my life. I'll be forever grateful for this.”
